Your first appointment is a space for conversation and understanding. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you in, explore your history, and talk about the symptoms or challenges you’re experiencing. You’ll have time to ask questions and share what you feel comfortable sharing.

Yes. I take an integrative approach to mental health treatment. Some clients benefit from therapy alone, others from medication or supplements, and many from a combination. We will determine what feels supportive and effective for you—never pushed, rushed, or forced.

I work with teens, adults, and older adults, offering care that is sensitive to each stage of life. Whether you’re navigating identity and transition, work and relationship stress, parenting challenges, or aging-related concerns, support is available.

Yes. In-person sessions are available at my office in Pompano Beach, FL.
I also offer secure telemedicine sessions throughout Florida, with remote services expanding soon to AK, NH, NV, SD, WA, and WY.Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of virtual sessions, while others prefer to meet face-to-face. Both options offer the same level of care and presence.

Yes. When appropriate and desired, I incorporate a holistic and integrative approach, which may include guidance around sleep, nutrition, exercise, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, and certain supplements—always grounded in evidence and always tailored to your unique needs.

Initial evaluations typically last 60–75 minutes, allowing time for a full conversation and comprehensive assessment.
Follow-up sessions are generally 20–45 minutes, depending on your needs and the type of support we are providing.

Some clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, while others benefit from monthly or quarterly check-ins. We will determine a rhythm that feels supportive—not overwhelming.
